_________________

Standard Sized Sketch = $10.00-15.00 (depending on how intricate you want it)

-simple coloring = +5 (may be more depending upon how intricate the image is)

-detailed coloring = +8 (may be more depending upon how intricate the image is)

-watercoloring = +10 (may be more depending upon how intricate the image is, particularly for the watercolor as this is not a simple medium to work with)

Notes: I do all of my regular sketches on 11x14 smooth bristol board. This is to allow plenty of room in case the recipient wants to frame the picture (so that nothing is cut off)

Sketches consist of four steps: 4h laydown, 4b lining, speedball inking *if necessary, not mandatory*, and light shading. This is not just simply a few lines slapped down on the page, it is a full drawing.

simple coloring lacks lots of detailed shading, and doesnt' have a background.

detailed coloring has richer colors *see Lentulus in the gallery* with effort made to portray texture, the manner in which i lay down color makes it look almost as if it could be marker in some instances. A simple background can be added to this image.

Watercolor is just what it sounds like. I use holbein paints, as well as watercolor/graphitint pencils for this image. I can also add a simple background the this picture.

________

anyhow, enough of that.....

Hey Keykey, it's me -- Esoteric from SA. You have an awesome lineup of recent works, and hopefully you're right about DA changing from what it once was. I left for the same reasons, yet still checked back on this old account.

Good luck..

Trying to make a comeback.. One day at a time..

Don't rush me for in-depth critiques, because if all you can do is gripe about how badly you need one, then allow me to gripe about how long it takes to do one. - Me
